Hydraulic Press – is a machine press using a hydraulic cylinder to generate a compressive
force. It uses the hydraulic equivalent of a mechanical lever. Tonnage typically starts from 5 to
200 ton. Press Type could be C Type or H Type (Single or Four Column) – Hand Pump or
Hydraulic Power pack Type.
Hydraulic presses are used in forging, moulding, punching, clinching and other
operations. They can create intricate shapes while being economical with materials. They also
take up less space compared to mechanical presses
